Illustration track | 63 credit hours

Our new Illustration Track is tailored to help you expand your love of drawing, explore a curriculum packed with digital and physical illustrative techniques, and know more about visual and material culture. Siena Faculty will help you craft your unique story through 2D-focused classes like Illustration, Contemporary Board Game Design, and Introduction to Creative Writing. Siena Faculty will also provide 3D-focused courses like Paper Engineering and Industrial Design II to better prepare you for broad possibilities in fields like design engineering.

Let’s say you’re more of a generalist and want to learn everything there is to know about Design. Our Integrated Design track paves the way for learning broadly about the essential elements and principles of the discipline. Taking courses in Graphic Design, UXD/UID, and Industrial Design, Siena Faculty will prepare you to flexibly create in 2D and 3D software. You’ll leave confident in your ability to brand projects, lead teams, and pivot in an ever-changing industry.

USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN / USER INTERFACE DESIGN | 63 CREDIT HOURS

If you’re curious about what makes humans do what they do and you’re a visual problem-solver at heart, the User Experience Design & User Interface Design track may be a fit. Siena Faculty have assembled a set of classes that foster communication, offers designers inclusive solutions, and provide new lenses for looking at the world’s toughest issues. Our UXD/UID track gives you an edge in a contemporary and competitive design field found in all leading businesses.
